If My Unlocked Phone Is Compatible With Qlink, How Do I Bring It To The Carrier

You will be glad to know that QLink gives you the facility to bring your own phone (BYOP) to QLink. You may have a high end existing phone and do not want to buy a new phone from Q Link. You can still use QLink’s all services with your existing phone. To use this phone on Q Link’s network, this phone must be carrier unlocked and compatible with QLink’s network.

You also need to maintain the following rules to be eligible for the BYOP service:

All contractual and financial obligations must be met with the previous provider before a phone can be eligible. That means you have to meet all contractual obligations with your previous carrier. You should complete the time frame for which you have made the contract with your previous provider. If you discontinue the service before the contract period, then you should pay the early termination fee. You should also meet all the financial obligations with your previous provider.
If the phone is flagged as lost or stolen, it is ineligible. Your BYOP Phone cannot be flagged as a lost or stolen phone. To be eligible for the BYOP, your phone must be unflagged by your previous provider, if it is flagged as lost or stolen.
Leased phones are ineligible. Your phone cannot be a leased one. If it is a leased phone then you cannot get the BYOP facility for that phone.
