How LifelineFree.com makes money
This site is free to read, and we want to keep it that way. To pay for it, we show ads through Google AdSense. When ads appear on our pages — and sometimes when a visitor clicks one — we may earn a small amount of money.
That’s it. Ads are our only source of income.
We do not use Affiliate Links
An “affiliate link” is a special link that pays a website a commission when someone signs up or buys something. We do not currently use affiliate links on this site.
If that ever changes, we will update this page right away and clearly label any affiliate link so you always know.
No Provider or Agency Pays us
This is important, so we want to say it plainly:
- No Lifeline provider pays us. We are not paid by AirTalk, Assurance, SafeLink, TruConnect, or any other carrier.
- We do not earn a commission when you apply for a provider or get approved.
- No government agency pays us. We are not connected to the FCC, USAC, or any state program. (See our Government-Affiliation Disclaimer.)
We are an independent resource. That means our guidance is based on research, not on who pays us — because no provider does.
We don’t Choose the ads you see
The ads on our pages are chosen automatically by Google, not by us. They are often based on your own browsing, so the ads you see may be different from the ads someone else sees.
Because of this:
- An ad appearing on our site is not an endorsement. We are not recommending it, and we cannot promise it is a good or safe offer.
- We do not review or approve individual ads.

Ads never Change our Advice
We want to be very clear: advertising does not shape our content. We do not recommend a provider because they advertise, and we do not hide the truth about a provider to protect ad income. Our reviews and guides stay independent.

Before you click, look for small labels like “Ad,” “Sponsored,” or “AdChoices.” And remember one simple rule that protects you everywhere: applying for the real Lifeline program is always free. If any ad or website asks you to pay a fee just to apply, that is a red flag.
